Follow-up Comment #1:
You have used the command
Command: (Print) Transpose
Prints this staff (only) transposed. This is in addition to any score-wide
transposition
Location: Object Menu ▶ Staffs/Voices ▶ Staff Properties
Internal Name: TransposeStaffPrint
to transpose the staff. This command should transpose all its voices but it
was buggy and only transposed the first voice. I've fixed this now.
However, you could have used the voice transpose command:
Command: (Print) Transpose
Prints the voices transposed by the interval given. This is in addition to any
score-wide transposition and any staff-wide transposition
Location: Object Menu ▶ Staffs/Voices ▶ Voices
Internal Name: TransposeVoices
which would work but only provided you did the transposition before changing
the staffs to mirrored music - done the wrong way round the transposition is
eclipsed by the mirroring.
So, bottom line, if you can download a new version tomorrow, use that and the
staff transpose command, otherwise undo the mirror on the two staffs and the
staff transpose on them and set voice transpose on each and then mirror the
music. Note that voice transpose is on top of any staff transpose as detailed
in the help text.
