[dev-serveez] Guile templates

Hello,
  recently I committed the files guile.c and guile.h and want you (Martin
and Raimi) to fill in the code. I tried to write kind of wrappers which
explain what kind of function we might need.
  The configure script already checks for Guile and automake builds these
files.
