[dev-serveez] Removing socket structure limit.

Hello list !

Raimi and me had a little talk about how to remove the limit for the
unique id's (aka socket structures) in Serveez. It incorporates the
following changes so far and want to know if we missed something:

 * apply changes in awcs-proto.[ch]
 * change awcs protocol documentation
 * modify master.pl in the textSure project
 * apply changes in the libserveez
 * place a note about compatibility textSure/serveez somewhere
