I took a look at the constellation receiver, I couldn't get it to down sample. For example samples per symbol of 4 was giving me 4x output I expected. I didn't really find that block referenced anywhere else. Maybe its not really used? Maybe I didn't understand the documentation maybe it just recovers the carrier and doesn't down sample or decode the symbol. Anyhow, I think maybe the blocks used in tutorial 7 might be a better choice (like polyphase clock sync etc).

With QAM mod/demod, the first few and last few bytes of the output file are junk.
With const. mod/recvr, 100% of the output file is junk. What could I be doing wrong??
