gnustep-base 1.1.0 - BRAVO

Dear all,

I've been using the new base release for a week, and it works really 
well.  Bravo to all of you who put in the work on this.  In particular 
whoever fixed the memory problems I stumbled across with NSMutableArray, 
thank you so much - my code is now rock stable (my program runs nearly 
flat out forever, so I can measure stability very well :-).

Thanks for a job well done, and for those of you who haven't upgraded, 
the release is production quality and well worth the effort.
