Details:

When creating a time limited service (eg. hosting service of 1 monnth,
costing X euro's), I would expect a client to be invoiced according the
amount of time the service was running there. But now it is like this:

service "hosting": duration 1 month, cost (eg) 1000 euro's
client contract: has "hosting" service from july till december (6 months)

What happens: client billed: 1000 euro's
What's expected: client billed for 6*1000 euro's

Also: suppose the client wants to "upgrade" the product halfway, the
following scenario should happen:
3 months for service "hosting": 3*1000 euro's
   ==> 3000 euro's should go on his credit account
3 months for service "extra hosting" at eg. 2000 euro's/month:
   ==> 3*2000 euro's to be billed, but considering the credit left on his
account: 3*2000-3000=3000 euro's billed.

For now I see that the time limit feature for services is completely ignored,
and unless I'm wrong in my thinking here, it should be corrected.
