Details:

The box "Draft commercial proposals" into Prosprection Area bad links to the
propals, with the consequent 404 not found page...

try to link with "/comm/propal/fiche.php?id=xxx"

should link to "/comm/propal.php?id=xxx"

Error in CVS and 3.1 Beta
