The bug has been corrected. Pull request send inside GIT sources
(http://www.github.com/Dolibarr/dolibarr) and waiting to merge
into develop branch.

Step to reproduce bug:	-    Create a card shipping and try to send by email.            Fatal error: Call to a member function thirdparty_and_contact_email_array() on a non-object in /dolibarr-dev/htdocs/expedition/fiche.php on line 1447
