Summary:	Wrong install URI for upgrade
Description:	If Dolibarr needs an upgrade or an install and we call it through a deep link, it redirects to that deep link's path with /install/index.php at the end. It should redirect to DOL_URL_ROOT . '/install/index.php' instead.
