Step to reproduce bug:  1/ ouvrir une facture et cliquer sur "Convertir en prédéfinie"

2/ Dans l'écran "Créer facture prédéfinie", cliquer sur OK

The bug has been corrected. Pull request send inside GIT sources
(http://www.github.com/Dolibarr/dolibarr) and waiting to merge
into develop branch.
