Summary:	Themes and menu issues
Description:	In all theme are same issues: * the username link and the buttons next to it are overlaping the menu * when the administrator enables more then 36 modules then the menu tabs appear and move the propper page elements, making the usage nore dificult * page boxes are partially overlaping each other * on some themes the menu goes out of the screen
