- Next year in Spain we're going to see IBAN accounts instead of Account numbers. In my opinion, I think that if IBAN is set, it should be shown when Account number is not supplied

- The bug has been corrected inside GIT sources
(http://www.github.com/Dolibarr/dolibarr).

- On screenshot you provide, there is a value set for iban but not for "account number".
That's why there is the message. Bank identifications are not complete.
