Sorry this is not a bug... Into 3.6 $this->dictionnaries must be renamed to $this->dictionaries into module descriptor.

Step to reproduce bug:	Activate external module which contains dictionary. Go into Setup->dictionaries : they are missing

Properties "dictionnaries" into module descriptor files has been renamed into "dictionaries".
