The bug has been corrected. Pull request send inside GIT sources
(http://www.github.com/Dolibarr/dolibarr) and waiting to merge
into develop branch.

Summary:	BILL_SUPPLIER_PAYED trigger action does not intercept failure under some circumstances
Description:	If you create a supplier invoice, then create a payment and have checked the input "Mark as paid", then the trigger does not intercept the action even if returning -1
