The bug has been corrected. Pull request send inside GIT sources
(http://www.github.com/Dolibarr/dolibarr) and waiting to merge
into develop branch.

Summary:	contact don't have a ref_ext field
Description:	It's possible to reference contacts using ref_ext via webservice (see getContact call for instance) but there is not ref_ext field in contact object, so it's impossible to correctly handle them using ref_ext
