[DotGNU]Starbucks followup

 1) Starbucks initial cookies setting are from their
own site. They seems to have nothing to do with
Passport. The message from starbucks when all cookies
are blocked seem their own policy decision.

2) A new account at Starbucks DOES require a passport
account. Not sure what would be the case with a
previously existing account, but there is no visible
way to signin except thru Passport.

3) Setting Netscape cookie filter to accept only
cookies from viewed pages is somehow sidesteped. I
setup a dummy Passport and Starbucks account. Both
starbucks and Passport cookies were placed on the test
machine. The passport cookies were passed thru. (This
may be accomplished via redirection of URL, thus not
technically a different page.)
