Fellow list members,

I think we all have deep feelings about what has happened in NYC.
But this mailing list is the wrong place to talk about it, and we
should not let political discussions poison the good spirit of
cooperation that is present in this list.

I would like to ask all of you to stop this discussion thread on
this mailing list. There are other, more apropriate places to talk
about this than this technical discussion list.
