        Well GNU/Linux is where DotGNU has been since

        The native counterparts of the ECMA Pnetlib
are of concern right now. Morover you could work
*purely* in GNU. (eg Platform.SocketMethods).

        If you can't use C, better try the System.Security
namespace or even better try the System.Net's
non native stuff like HttpWebrequest and stuff. Assume
the System.Net.Socket exists and write code out.
