[DotGNU]Vim syntax file for C#

Hi Ppl,
        For those who use VIM , here is a syntax file for C# . This was
posted on Mono list by Robert Hicks and is better than the stupid 
set syntax=java !.

PS: But you might like to change that ts to 4 , to maintain Pnet coding 
    standards.
