[DotGNU]Easy C->IL interface

Hi,

would it be possible to construct an interface lib through which normal C code
could work with C# (or for that matter any IL) code? I'm thinking here of using
the .so patch to create an ilrun lib and to make that lib control IL structures.

If that is possible we can use it to make IL code interface with virtually
anything (though I'm thinking specifically of Ruby here).
