[DotGNU]All pnetlib tests now pass!

Thanks to Jonathan's work on string formatting, all regression
tests in pnetlib now pass.  Hooray!

Now we need lots of people to help write test cases to bang
on every tiny little aspect of pnetlib, and hopefully fix the
bugs too while you're at it.

Writing test cases is a great way to become familiar with
pnetlib, as a first step towards contributing new code.

files for more information on testing pnetlib and submitting
patches and bug reports.
