Peter, it should be reletively simple to hook this into the DGEE if you'd like
to do that too. The DGEE will provide you with the XML-RPC request source
from HTTP/SMTP wherever - it could even decode it if you needed. Being
deployed in a "DGEE plug-in" mode means it would also benifit from the same
scalability and relisience model. However your 'RDF Repository' could exist
seperately from the DGEE too as a standalone 'server' ?
Might be nice to run as a plugin.
