It shouldn't be too difficult to turn the following into a cscc plugin:

Mostly it is a matter of changing the command-line syntax to match that
described in the "Language Plugins" section of "pnet/doc/pnettools.texi" (you
can use "cscc/common/cc_options.h" to do the hard work of parsing options).
Should be a couple of hours of fun for someone. Even better, document what
you did to create a "how to add a new language plugin to cscc tutorial".
