I reviewed the documents that I have from MS. The only one that could have 
been of interest is the hiring contract, but it doesn't contain 
Nondisclosure Agreements concerning software developement. So the question 
ist cleared and I can start.
I would like to extend ildasm with a GUI for the beginning. Or to write a 
new GUI ildasm in C# (and use only where necessary native code). Any 
comments are welcome. Objections not :-D

I retained the message and will try to cover that in parallel. If not
