Summary:  Verifier: Accessing members of valuetypes stored in a rectangular 
array

Original Submission:  The member access ie stfld fails to verify as the 
verifier get an address ie valuetype& instead of valuetype itself on the stack 
type. The Address() call returns valuetype & which seems to be the issue here . 
Problem present even when compiled with cscc.
