[Pnet-developers] Running pnet single-threaded

While we work to fix the thread problems in pnet, other pnet developers would 
be wise to configure pnet as follows:

    ./configure --enable-threads=none

This will return you to a single-threaded environment.  WinForms works in this 
configuration.

P.S. It was inevitable that there would be some teething issues with threads, 
so I'm not too worried just yet.
