Summary: incorrect return key handling in TextBox

Original Submission: I have a test case (attached) with a TextBox widget,
TextBox in a Panel, Panel in a TabPage, and (of course) TabPage in a
TabControl. In the same TabPage there is a second Label, and this second Label
contains a Button.

When return is pressed in the TextBox, the Button's Click event fires.

This occurs for both TextBox.AcceptsReturn settings. Also, for both
TextBox.AcceptsReturn settings, the return adds a LF character to the text box.
The LF puts a graphics character on the screen.
