Summary:  ilrun fails during calls to XmlTextReader.ReadOuterXml()

Original Submission:  ilrun fails during calls to XmlTextReader.ReadOuterXml().

I'm attaching a test program and and XML file to process. For the simple case 
of qt2.xml, the failure is

Uncaught exception: System.NullReferenceException: The value 'null' was found 
where an instance of an object was required
        at System.Xml.XmlTextWriter.WriteEndElement() in ./XmlTextWriter.cs:725
        at System.Xml.XmlWriter.WriteNode(XmlReader, Boolean) in 
./XmlWriter.cs:303
        at System.Xml.XmlReader.ReadOuterXml() in ./XmlReader.cs:320
        at Testing.Main()

When processing a more complex XML file, like the one at 
http://mylinuxisp.com/~mathpup/qt.xml ilrun just locks up and eventually dies.
