Summary:  Graphics.FromHwnd(IntPtr.Zero) returns disposed object on X

Original Submission:  On the MS platform this returns a handy non-drawable 
Graphics object of which the VisibleBounds represent the size of the desktop. I 
know hwnd arent used in the X implementation, but the method is handy to get 
access to any graphics object. OTOH, returning a graphics created from a bitmap 
will not be desirable in this case.
