Summary:  fixed window decoration and function when border style is set to None.

Original Submission:  if the window BorderStyle is set to None, the caption, 
the close box and the minimizebox was set nevertheless.

This patch is pending because I'm not sure about whether the right 
implementation would be to add flags if present or whether it would be better 
to remove the ones not set ?.
