Summary:  System.Diagnostics.StackFrame does not work correct

Original Submission:  If you call System.Diagnostics.StackFrame(1,true) the 
returned StackFrame should have informations about the mothed one stack frame 
up.
But:
- CallStack.GetFileName() return null.
- CallStack.GetFileLineNumber() return 0.
