Summary:  Exception when serializing ArrayList with BinaryFormatter

Original Submission:  When I serialize/deserialize (in my case) strings in an 
ArrayList I get an exception in 
public static BinaryValueReader GetReader(BinaryElementType type).
throw new SerializationException("NYI element type:"+type);
