Summary: pnet c loses the constantness of integers in array calculation

Original Submission:  test.c
line 1:int x=15 * sizeof (int) - 2 * sizeof (void *);
line 2:const int x2=15 * sizeof (int) - 2 * sizeof (void *);
line 3:char _unused2[2 * sizeof (void *)2 * sizeof (void *)];

test.c:3: error: constant value required

I have traced this to
ILNode_CSemAnalysis(ILNode_ToConst)
and replace the error with a warning as a workaround
==      CCErrorOnLine(yygetfilename(node), yygetlinenum(node),
++     CCWarningOnLine(yygetfilename(node), yygetlinenum(node),
