Thank you, thank you, thank you! Feel free to modify the Region code
however is needed to match MS behavior, and submit a patch to the patch
tracker when you're done. If your modifications to the Region code break
some things like Graphics class clipping and FillRegion (which it
probably will) you can just make a note of that in the patch comment.
I'm still working on overhauling our drawing code so once your patch is
available I'll merge it in to what I already have (which should hit cvs
in the next couple of weeks).
