Check sum is not implemented now : bytes 4 to 7 of RegionData.Data array.

Testing with GraphicsPaths is not possible till PathPoints, PathTypes,
PointCount properties and Transform method are implemented for the
GraphicsPath class.

I have programmed region data handling in the RegionData class, because I did
not want to "pollute" the Region class.

Most of the Region methods call their counterparts in the RegionData class.
