Details:

Following problems are fixed by attached patch:

1) OnAfterCollapse is called on tree nodes, that are not expanded.

2) OnAfterCollapse is called before expanded is set to false.

3) OnBeforeExpand and OnAfterExpand functions are not called at all.

I have also attached simple application for testing.
