[Pnet-developers] Patch for socket to close on engine exit

This fixes:
If U start an app, which uses sockets, and this app starts another app,
the socket handles are inherited.
But if U kill then the first app, sockets never get closed, because the
sockets now belong to the app 2.
With this fix, sockets get closed if killing the app.
