We may have a way to pursue it from the point of view of FSF.  FSF is
working out the details on our GNU trademark, however, they are still up
in the air.


I am not sure what pressure FSF can put on the squatter until that issue
is settled.  I will try now to begin a process that will expidite the
trademark matters, but it will be weeks before we get there.



I should note that I lost ebb.org due to an error by my registrar
(failing to notify me of renewal).  I talked with the squatter, explained
to her that I was just a guy who had a domain with his SO and all my email
came there, etc.  She agreed to give it back to me.

I suggest that someone immediately get in touch with the squatter,
explain that we are a volunteer project that made a mistake, and ask
nicely to get it back.  At worst, that will buy us time.  At best, it
might work.
