[Dragora-users] Repo and package building guidelines + meeting

Ok, so the dragora package building scene is slowly growing and we need
some guidelines for better conformace and standards, it will make
things more organized and also help newcomers. Also I think this is the
right time to discuss this, a bit ahead of Dragora 3 release so we can
try it on Dragora 2 and have it mature when D3 arrives. Probablye an
utox/mumble meeting would be nice, Im free for the next days so you can
schedule pretty much anytime. Ill leave here a couple points worth
discussing.

1- Currently we have three servers available from packagers: me,
frusen and tom, I think we all should host everyone else's packages,
this is simple done by hosting your own packages and using cron+rsync to
mirror the other servers.

2- Jul should be able to point to other mirros besides gungre.ch.
Frusen, if you need any help with this you can contact me, be it
related to DBs, testing or overall design.

3- We need a standard way of building packages, for example which flags
should be included, static/dynamic, build environment, etc.

4- Creating a distributed mirror: I have talked about it in an email
before we can discuss it further as I think it is worth, but not in
dire need now.

I might have forgot something, also please add your own thought.
