[Dragora-users] New website uploaded

Hello,

The new website has been uploaded as a work in progress.  It contains
a new description for Dragora, there is a little news section which is
linked to the news (or announcements) sent to the mailing list.  The
download section and mirror list has also been updated, it includes
instructions for people that want to make new mirrors for Dragora.
The access to the (git) repository has been simplified, there is an
Atom Feed available from where you can follow the latest changes on the
Dragora development (without having to check the site every time).  All
this is a simple web design, which is also structured to support
translations, currently I have to complete the online documentation
section...

Remember that Dragora is trying to improve.. any feedback is welcome!
