[Duplicity-talk] Added support for port number in scp:// url

Hello,
 
I was trying to use duplicity over a tunneled SSH connection on a special port 
(> 1024). Therefore I added support for port numbers in an SCP url like: 
scp://address@hidden:port
 
You can access the patch at http://savannah.nongnu.org/patch/index.php
Just apply the patch to the file backends.py and build the stuff in case you 
need this feature.
