Not sure what the RawDeltaSize represents.  I just backed up a database 
and the full backup had a RDS much smaller than the TDSC.  I would think 
that on a full backup, either RDS should equal TDSC, or be zero.

On the incremental RDS was much *bigger* than TDSC, but TDSC is what was 
written to disc.

As to backing up databases, using the DBs own delta for backup is 
probably better than what duplicity can do.
