using duplicity
duplicity-0.4.2-7.fc6
When I run the command from the prompt, it runs fine. When I run the
command from crontab I get the following error.

UnboundLocalError: local variable 'local_manifest' referenced before assignment
The local directory has global read permissions.
Any ideas?
