Hi,

I did email the list about this sort of issue a long time ago but I can't find the original email I sent, I have a source folder of Mysql backups that is currently is 63G my remote duplicity backup folder is currently at 105G but I can't work out what the is using the extra 42G. I have a daily backup each day of Mysql I am then copying this backup off site using incremental backup with Duplicity every day as I had issues with doing a full backup. I have got into the position where I cannot take a full backup to remove the last backup chain but I have also gained 42G somehow.
I am not sure if I am doing it wrong and using unnecessary space, I did a full backup last time then did a week of incrementals and then did a another full backup but I couldn't remove the older backup chain as it said it depended on them.

Any help most appreciated,
Will
