[Duplicity-talk] Throttling bandwidth (especially over ftp)

What are my options for doing this? I thought I had a limit set once, but 
cannot find the option now.

It could be a max setting, but I would love even more a setup where throttling 
was dynamic, so upload from duplicity was given a low priority to not interfere 
with other traffic. I guess the last wish needs router implementation on my DSL 
setup as some kind of QOS setup...(?)
