Hi
All,
I've been running
duplicity-0.6.06 for several months, also using duply as a front-end. I
recently upgraded to duplicity-0.6.08b and now my unattended backups fail.
When ran manually, I'm always prompted for the GnuPG password, even though one
is not defined.
I tried
downgrading back to 0.6.06 by re-running the install script (python setup.py
install) and it completes successfully, but when I check the version, it still
shows 0.6.08b.
#
/usr/bin/duplicity --version
duplicity
0.6.08b
#
But when I cat the
script, it shows the version I want:
# cat
/usr/bin/duplicity
#!/usr/bin/env python
# -*- Mode:Python;
indent-tabs-mode:nil; tab-width:4 -*-
#
# duplicity -- Encrypted bandwidth
efficient backup
# Version 0.6.06 released October 29,
2009
#
I don't understand
what's happening.
How can I
downgrade or uninstall 0.6.08b and reinstall 0.6.06?
Thanks,
Paul
