Follow-up Comment #2, bug #21686 (project duplicity):

A transcript of the bug is attached to this ticket.  The first run creates
the duplicity collection.  The second run fails.

In the transcript, notice how `ncftpget` is given "/tmp/tmp/duplicity.6DXjp0"
as its local-path-name parameter.
