[Eliot-general] Error message when creating new dictionary

I am using mac OS 10.7.5

Every every time I try to create a new dictionary I keep getting the error message:

Could not create dictionary:

writeInUTF8: iconv failed (user and host information): Argument list too long

I've tried everything I could and still get this error.
