So we can either put two converters in (assuming eLyXer is installed), and it 
will default to LyXHTML. To use eLyXer, just delete the xhtml -> blog converter.

Or we can do as you suggest and only put the most appropriate converter in. In 
the outside chance that someone went to the trouble of installing eLyXer but 
wants to use LyXHTML, they could just change the converter from xhtml -> blog 
to html -> blog. 

I think the single converter solution is more elegant. It is most likely to 
give people what they are aiming for the first time, and is just as easy to 
change as the other one if it the user wants.
