Nope, everything is in LyX format here (and converted using eLyXer for
the web pages). For the Debian package you do need a man page, but
that is kindly provided my Sven, the developer that builds the
packages.
But a converter LyX -> texinfo would be trivial... now, don't put
ideas into my head! :D
